Overall great!

Pros

-some noise from the street and sometimes neighbors but overall nothing crazy -in terms of pests we saw maybe 1 roach the whole time -the super was really nice and when our oven broke they replaced our stove in decently quick timing

Cons

I think it depends on your apt and room. I personally had no complaints but I know my roommate’s wall-sharing neighbor was loud at times and at one point their cigarette smell was leaking into my roommate’s room
