Building past its prime
Former Tenant
Pros:
Common areas mostly kept clean
Cons:
No doorman, no security, packages often go missing, laundry facilities often broken, combative and unresponsive building management, lobby area looks like last updated in 1964.
Advice to owner:
Tenants look at more than just the address to judge value
