Good building, property management sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Low noise, good supers, clean, bug-free
Cons:
They changed to a new property management, and their response time is awful. Not helpful either.

feels like a fake building
Former Tenant
Pros:
lots of natural light, proximity to convenient places
Cons:
overpriced, looks nice during tours. compass told me that the management had changed so to ignore any reviews online, but this was false. cigarette smell comes into the unit and the rooftop that was part of the agreement is still not open. sloppily made, will be moving out

Overpriced for what it is
Former Tenant
Pros:
Huge windows and a lot of light. Decent super.
Cons:
Overpriced for what it is. The building has no amenities and management is nonexistent. The "rooftop" terrace on the 9th floor was burned almost a year ago and still has not been fixed.
Advice to owner:
Fix the terrace!

Ooof with this place
Former Tenant
Pros:
New bldg Location W/D in-unit Central air controlled by room
Cons:
Property management / owner don’t GAF about tenants, takes forever to get things resolved, if at all.
What has happened since being here: - multiple tenants having packages stolen for months before bldg worked to resolve it - rooftop space closed to tenants for most of time being here. - people illegally smoking on rooftop, which led to a fire and damage can still be seen (no clean-up) almost a year later. Currently, rooftop is “closed” to tenants but people were caught smoking there even after the fire. - rent increases have been insane for current tenants without any attempt from the bldg to keep tenants. They’d rather just make money then care about the people here which is apparent in how they respond to tenant requests and bldg issues.
-noise: really depends on who you get as your neighbor. The walls are really thin both above and around. Can hear kids running and jumping around above, and neighbors having sex next door either in the bedroom that shares the wall or out in the kitchen from the front door.
Advice to owner:
Doesn’t matter, they don’t care

No amenities & loud neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The units are great, built only a couple of years ago.
Cons:
You will hear your upstairs neighbors. It’s luck of the draw whether they are mildly annoying or are so bad they ruin your life. There are some families with kids which make an insufferable amount of noise.
The only amenity is the roof deck which has been closed for quite some time due to a fire.

Sketchy company, avoid
Former Tenant
Pros:
I’m in a south facing unit with a relatively unobstructed view and ample natural light.
Cons:
Horrible management. Constant maintenance issues with washing machine, heat, and whatnot. The walls are paper thin. I can hear noises from both above and next door.
