Great building all around
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gary is a very friendly and responsive Super!
The building is well maintained, problems are addressed very quickly.
Cons:
There is no garbage chute so trash cans in hallways are sometimes full and bags are sitting around it. But maintenance picks it up several times per day so it’s not been a serious problem.
Advice to owner:
Keep Gary around as long as possible.

Light-filled, family and pet friendly apartment with doorman and amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Dog friendly, many families in the building and long time residents make for a community, responsive management and attentive super with full time building staff, lovely doormen, great neighborhood close to Central Park and Riverside. Across from parking garage, near many good restaurants. By the 2/3 and 1 train.
Cons:
Some noise from construction on Amsterdam so not always easy having windows open.
Advice to owner:

Nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are the absolute best
Cons:
Morning doorman is not welcoming at all. Takes a while for non-emergency repairs.
Advice to owner:
Reduce rent for Covid like most landlords who care about their tenants long term.
