    Location, size, charm
    Cons:
    Management prefers to put bandaids on maintenance issues rather than invest the time and money in actually fixing something at its root cause
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in your tenants!

    Quiet street, decently maintained, recycling and garbage area well organized
    Cons:
    Construction going on next door (summer 2021), some bugs
