Nice place but not forever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very friendly and accommodating staff, nice amenities, very conveniently located, cozy feeling
Cons:
The walls are hear through and I could hear my neighbor sneeze. There’s been work going on for the entire 2.5 years I’ve lived here.

Been there 9 years - very happy
Former Tenant
Pros:
24 hour doorman, building staff are great. location is excellent - right near the 103rd st 1 line. Pharmacy in the building. Laundry room is perfect.
Cons:
It is an old building (about 90-100 years I think), so there are repairs needed and projects ongoing.
Advice to owner:
Good place to live -

Home Sweet home
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the building staff, location, and homey feel.
Cons:
The building is old: the occasional rodent and cockroach is common. Building management can also be difficult to contact and work with.
Advice to owner:
Respond to residents: I had to kick and scream to get a call back from Jim Cotter.

Nice building, needs renovation
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Great staff (especially at the front desk)! -beautiful communal roof deck -most people who live here are nice
Cons:
-the gas has been off for years and they are still fixing it -laundry room is a little dingy for the size of the building -it’s a co op, and the board can be very cliquey and controlling, especially if you complain
Advice to owner:
Turn the gas on, and make sure the building is up to code!
