The apartments were spacious-ish
Cons:
Elevator was constantly broken, I didn't have a working oven for the entire lease. One time my door handle broke and locked me inside the apartment. The bathroom/shower set up was horrible. Property management took incredibly long to return my security deposit.
Advice to owner:
This building needs a gut renovation and a real maintenance crew.
