Cockroaches, no gas, no Sackman responsibility

Pros:
Super close to the 1 train, great heat in the winter, hot water is A+
Cons:
Cockroaches year round, garbage overflows in basement, laundry machines and driers frequently broken. Sackman (property managers) take NO responsibility for anything, if they even respond. They don’t care about the cockroaches. We lost gas for over seven months because of their failures. DONT LIVE HERE.
