Pretty Good for First Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is really nice and very helpful. Finishes in the kitchen and bathroom are very nice. The rooms are large for New York and the built ins and closets are amazing. Love the elevator. Floors are beautiful. Neighbors are fine and quiet enough. Managers are pretty nice and listen to concerns.
Cons:
A lot of things should have been caught in an inspection before we moved in, ie radiators broken off the walls, lock to the apartment didn’t work. Heating is super loud and way too hot. Management never answers emails, have to call them or go to their office. Bikes are randomly not allowed in the building at all. Apartment is very dark.
Advice to owner:
Answer your email, allow bikes, and don’t randomly paint all the trim silver. Nobody wants silver trim.

Ok for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, safe, good value for money for the apts in this building
Cons:
Could have better cleaning and better care (walls, etc). In my apt the heater was making horrible noises
Advice to owner:
We have a great super and a good management company
