Pros:
quiet, friendly neighbors
Cons:
one of the washers does not work very well (spin cycle is messed up), hallways not always the most clean, sometimes smells like cigarette smoke

Close to everything, decent sized apartments
Cons:
Roach problem, even though they have an exterminator come monthly, they're basically useless. They even admitted the chemicals they use aren't effective. Not nice building manager, difficult to deal with.
