Super does not fix anything unless it effects all tenants.

Pros:
Nice location and tenants.
Cons:
Laundry machine, heating, and other problems were not fixed.
Advice to owner:
Get new laundry machines.

Beware of Boiler Problems

big living space in unit, nice natural light, live-in super
Cons:
room radiator was (still is) broken, spent the entire winter without sufficient heat. small roach problem. Hot water is inconsistent in spring/fall
Advice to owner:
fix your boiler
