Great deal for the UWS

Pros:
Great responsive super, quiet building, very clean, great laundry is in the basement
Cons:
There is nothing I dislike about living here

Pros:
The apartment is quite spacious and it was cheap for a 1 bed.
Cons:
The neighbors are loud, and the apartment smells terrible. The windows have no ventilation, and when you open them honestly you get worse smells coming in then just having them closed. I saw cockroaches and no one cleans them.
Advice to owner:
Please keep the hallway clean like bring someone to clean the hallway it smells like shit and no one does anything about it.
