Cute neighborhood, subpar management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great, close to the 1 train and lots of shops, proximity to the parks
Cons:
We had roaches, for a while building management was not responsive. We literally had an issue with hot water and it wasn’t fixed for five days. Also just generally small and cramped.

Cannot Contact Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
umm…it was a place to live. close to the 1 train
Cons:
impossible to get in touch with management, super scarcely available. had to handle a mouse problem on our own because we got no reply. had to scour the internet just to find ways to contact the management company
