Absolute Gem of a Building - Fantastic Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is always an elevator attendant and they are friendly and attentive! Prewar building with lots of charm. Very little noise. Clean common spaces. Great laundry room. Responsive super. Prompt in responding to work orders. Pet-friendly. Has the coolest rotation of furry friends in New York! Was sad to leave it!
Cons:
Elevator is a quirky attendant-operated unit. Might be some waits at busy times. Some units are lacking in natural light on lower levels.
