More pros than cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to good restaurants, bars, laundry services and quiet neighbors
Cons:
There’s a bad smell that comes from the groundfloor and the doorman, although nice, gets drunk often
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the smell

Nice but not clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location and nice apartments.
Cons:
Building was dirty, elevator always smelled bad, and rodents were a problem.
Advice to owner:
Better garbage management. Not nearly taken out as much as necessary.
