great place to live, some drawbacks

Pros:
residential street, safe area
Cons:
noisy upstairs neighbors (not sure if thin floors/ceilings or actually noisy neighbors) - you can hear everything (footsteps, voices, TV, drawers closing, furniture moving)

occasional roaches, barely any natural light
