Beautiful Apartment but Terrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a beautiful pre-war apartment with great residents.
Cons:
Management is not responsive especially regarding pest issues and repairs. We had a mouse problem for almost a year that they ignored. Several people have had their rent checks stolen and fraudulently cashed - management has not helped with the fraud investigation and has instead harassed tenants.
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants, deal with pest and repair issues, update payment system.
