Noise issues make this building completely unlivable
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great, very close to the 1 stop at 110th.
Cons:
The building has paper thin floors, and no way of enforcing any sort of quiet hours at all. It's one thing to hear upstairs neighbors when they walk, but in this building the upstairs neighbors can actually rattle the walls they are so loud. It's possible it's just the tenants in 2B, but I'd worry about living below any neighbors here. Also the water is routinely either 80 degrees or 200 degrees. Not possible to take a shower at 9am.
Advice to owner:
Please quiet neighbors who receive noise complaints or enforce a minimum carpeted surface rule in the lease.

Not worth price
Former Tenant
Pros:
In unit washer/dryer, except it broke often and took forever to get fixed. Nice super
Cons:
Very very small space. No elevator. Disorganized and unresponsive management. Was only given 30 days notice for a 200% rent hike. We had to reach out to receive that information. Unwilling to negotiate even though we were perfectly good tenants paying rent on time every month. Double check u aren’t being charged for heat separate from rent. ROACHES were a somewhat of a frequent issue
