Not that great

Pros:
You can never hear your neighbors.
Cons:
Management does not care about their tenants. There is a huge roach infestation and they do not do anything to help! They spray a treatment that does not work and will also not make arrangements for pest control to come when you are available. The buzzer doesn't work so we had to walk down flights of stairs to let people in. The washer/dryer does not work and they also do not care to fix it.

Pros:
The super was really helpful. Also had a monthly exterminator you could sign up for.
Cons:
The landlord took little action to fix the broken laundry unit until we had to keep pushing them to have it replaced. This particular unit had very little sunlight and was very small for the price of rent. There were also occasional mice. The pipes were also extremely loud for some reason and would make constant banging noises throughout the entire day and night.
