Does the job
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great natural lighting in one of the rooms
Cons:
It was so gross, the walls and floors had years of gunk. Many rats on the street.

Roach infested and it’s on “rat ave”
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighborhood and close to the parks
Cons:
Unit was beat up when we moved in and whenever someone is doing laundry the walls shake and you can hear everything.

It could be worse
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, friendly neighbors, pest is under control, no mice
Cons:
The block is infested with rats so at night you have to walk in the middle of the street. Super is not very responsive, my dryer has been broken for 3 months and they still have not come to fix the issue.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and lay rat traps in front of the building.
