Good building, not sound proof

There is zero soundproofing, can hear everything going on in your neighbours’ apartment

Lovely neighbors with a few notable (awful) exceptions.
Cons:
Aging building with many issues. Frequent water breaks. Heat problems. Constant battle with mice and roaches. Repairs in the cheap. Doormen sometimes MIA without relief so entry a problem; then sometimes they just let everyone in.
Advice to owner:
Repairs repairs repairs.
