Nice units, great for students, not many complaints

Pros

I lived in a flex 2BR— so two large bedrooms and no living room. Great for me and my roommate who were undergraduates. It’s not very noisy, heat works, good water pressure in shower.

Cons

There was a slight roach issue during the summer, I needed to put out my own bait to get rid of them. The elevator periodically stops working, which could be bad if you’re on a higher floor. The super can be a bit hard to reach, but he eventually will address your concerns.
