Not worth the price

Pros:
Small gym, nice lobby
Cons:
The super was live-in, but the management company severely cut back his hours. It was very difficult to get anything fixed. The hot water for the shower was not working for months.

Building itself is in nice area, super nice guy
Cons:
management takes ages to do ANYTHING. will not renew next year.
Advice to owner:
