Great place, horrible landlord

Pros:
Location, neighborhood, size
Cons:
Full of undergrads since COVID and they like to throw parties. Landlord is a scumbag with a track record of illegal activity to intimidate and evict tenants. Advice to owner:
Give Umberto a raise and grow some ethics.

Great pre-war building

Pros:
Clean, great live-in super that speaks spanish, in-building laundry, elevator.
Cons:
Uneven floors and bad drainage, building was sold last year and new owner/administration is not as responsive.
Advice to owner:
Increase resposiveness. Mail and packages were frequently stolen.
