Great Building, Eh Property Management

Pros:
Great and attentive super, the lobby and hallways are always clean
Garbage taken out consistently, never seen rodents and only a few bugs in the building but never inside the apartment
Elevator and laundry machines
Tidy packaging area, never have had an issue with mail/delivery
Cons:
Not really a con but the elevator has stopped/needed repairs more than a few times. Not frequently but sometimes not rarely either
The management company is very understanding with rent grace period and you can make payments online via Bill Pay, but getting deposits back was very time-consuming and a hassle for no reason. Also took over a month.

Supers were responsive, pricing is better than most available near this building
Cons:
Elevator is extremely slow. Saw some roaches and a mouse in my apt unit
