Safe, nice super, a little dark, history of cockroaches.

Pros:
Well taken care of by the building staff and super. Respectful neighbors.
Cons:
The garbage pick-up on this street would happen on early weekend mornings and was very loud but that was not the building’s fault (just wanted to flag for potential tenants)!
