Pre-war apartment near Columbia
Former Tenant

Cons:
Close to hospital and fire station
Excellent staff but overpriced accom
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff at the front desk and the super Agron are wonderful and helpful at all hours of the day and night
Cons:
The property management from the midtown office never respond and are unhelpful they also don’t provide the building with everything it needs and use the one tiny common space we have as their own personal office
Advice to owner:
Provide the supplies needed to the building and stop being so tight with the money when we’re paying exorbitant rent for tiny apartments and you use the one small common space as personal office for the midtown managers

Cons:
Hard to get proper maintenance attention… bathroom always had something wrong, heat was never balanced, and noise travels very easily.
