Great building with friendly staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
- responsive super
- nice neighbors
- good sound isolation between units
- 24/7 doorman
- good laundry units in basements
Cons:
- 98th traffic can be noisy and drivers are obnoxious
- no amenities or roof access
