Nice doorman building on the UWS
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cleanly maintained building with high ceiling apartments, doorman, elevators, and laundry room. Very helpful staff and close to broadway on the UWS, with access to many great restaurants and businesses
Cons:
- No furniture moving on the weekends. Faced some issues with this even with very small furniture.
- A bit on the expensive side, but not too much for the neighborhood, I suppose
