Enjoyed my year here

Pros:
Super is terrific. Building is kept clean and safe. Laundry in basement was super convenient.
Cons:
I did not like the scaffolding that was around the building throughout the year. Any time we cracked the bathroom window open, the window sill gets covered with dirt.
Advice to owner:
Do something about the scaffolding. Clean the windows. Tenants deserve the ability to crack a window.

Pros:
New management company (as of 10/1/22) should dramatically improve service, outstanding super, friendly neighbors, very spacious apartments with lots of detail and charm, quiet building

Old building but new investment is on the way

Pros:
Solid walls. Quiet. Beautiful ornate moldings. Big rooms. High ceilings.
Cons:
Only three washing machines and dryers in the laundry room.
Advice to owner:
Add more washers and dryers.
