Lovely & Clean Building

Pros:
Nan is wonderful. She shows appreciation for good tenants and will work with you from day one. Any time I have had a maintenance issue or needed something checked out, she is on top of it and gets someone ASAP.
Cons:
Just wish the second door would buzz in. Also, there is a disrespectful neighbor who has lived there for a long time and inconveniences everyone around her just so she is not inconvenienced one bit. Very manipulative person, who tries to control everything, and I wish she would be put in her place by management. Other than that, other neighbors are lovely and helpful -- nice community.

Beware of apt 8
Former Tenant
Pros:
The landlord is so responsive and has a really good heart. Most people in the building are the nicest people I’ve ever met.
Cons:
A ‘Karen’ with her cat has lived in Apt 8 for a long long time. She complains about everyone around her but sometimes I would hear her very loud laugh and phone conversations 2 in the morning (her voice is chilling). If she still lives there beware of her entitlement and manipulation.
Advice to owner:
Sound proof apartment 8
