Terrible property management and amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighborhood, natural light, close to subway.
Cons:
Multiple leaks in different rooms within less than a year, hazardous wire outside of the building, not kept clean, management is condescending and rude and even hangs up the phone on you, old and run down amenities that technician (sent by management itself) confirms to be defective but management does not replace.

Ok, but could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
- safe neighborhood - close to subway - has a few rent stabilized units
Cons:
- landlord take long to respond to issues - took months for front door to be fixed after months of complaints - had two packages stolen when door lock was broken

Lives here for a year
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a really nice location
Cons:
The landlord will take forever to do anything about issues you have and in our apartment one room was too small to call a bedroom
