Great building in a sort of meh area!

Pros:
Nice management company Super is very nice / helpful Updated intercom Close to riverside park Nice lobby / clean building Close to lots of yummy restaurants and one train Apartment has nice layout Dogs in the building!
Cons:
The immediate area on broadway is not super cute Too hot some nights due to overheating of the building Elevator breaks down fairly often
Advice to owner:
More washing machines!

Pros:
Low rent, decent services, nice tenants. Never a problem with the heat or any essential services.
Cons:
Public areas could have been cleaner. The elevator is a little temperamental.
