Excellent building and staff

Pros:
Quiet, well maintained, excellent doormen and porters, and management is generally responsive.
Cons:
The water pressure is not great on the higher floors. Also, the gym usually has multiple machines broken at a time.

Pros:
Great location, neighbors, and doormen. Very clean and quiet.
Cons:
Had a few issues with things breaking and the response to getting them fixed was really bad. The doormen were great but the building supervisor was not.
Advice to owner:
Replace the building supervisor.

Very friendly doormen and staff, clean and well maintained building
Cons:
Can be difficult to get a hold of the super via email, but repairs are done in a reasonable timeframe
