OK, could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location; proximity to Riverside Park and various grocery options
Cons:
-Management doesn’t have a good system in place for providing routine exterminator service. Technicians supposed to knock on doors one Saturday a month; I think that happened once in my yrs living here. Have to email management for service, they became less responsive over time and ghosted me on a few occasions. Periodically would be evidence of roaches in hallway, and once a live one in my otherwise clean unit; need more regular extermination.
-Super isn’t readily available, I believe I heard a neighbor say he lives in NJ.
-Walls are thin, good luck if you share a wall with a neighbor who has a baby or a young partier moves in.
-I think they lie about apartment sizes/sq footage on Streeteasy
Advice to owner:
Put a monthly exterminator sign-up sheet in the lobby and be done with it. The technicians aren’t knocking on anybody’s doors on 2nd Saturdays and it’s a hassle to always have to write to John to get them to show up
