Great apartment, except crazy neighbor and several mice

Pros:
Most neighbors were lovely Great location Tommy the super is AWESOME Usually couldn’t hear anyone through the walls unless REALLY loud Good amount of closet space
Cons:
Our neighbor was insane. Cops came several times and she constantly was trying to get everyone on our floor involved with her drama. We contacted the owner of the building several times about her and got no response.
We also had several instances of mice and the exterminator was basically incompetent and wouldn’t listen to us when we tried to tell him where they were coming from. We had about 5 mice over the 2 years.

Smells terrible

Pros:
Quiet building and neighbors are nice.
Cons:
Pest control is horrible and lobby smells like trash a lot, embarrassing to bring guests.
Advice to owner:
Have to do something about the mice and roaches. Also lobby should smell like trash most days in the week.
