Charming block, but the building could use some more love
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gorgeous blocks steps away from Riverside Park. The location. Proximity to stores, restaurants and the subway. The size of the apartments.
Cons:
The rent, especially because the locks need to be replaced, there were several cockroaches, and the bathtub water can run a light brown.
Advice to owner:
Have a better on-site team to manage the building
