Good, no-frills building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Medium size, pre-war building that is well maintained and fairly close to the subway. Space between floors is thick and I rarely hear my upstairs neighbors
Cons:
They can be a bit stingy with the heat, especially when outside hovers around the legal heating thresholds. Not great insulation and the windows are not energy efficient.
Advice to owner:
Please be a bit more generous with the heat

Great building with a lovely community
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are generally really nice and people leave stuff to give away in the lobby which is sweet. There's a lot of space in the apartments and it's safe, quiet, and the building is kept clean. The super is really nice and helpful. Huge windows with lots of sunlight in every room. I have really enjoyed living here and will miss it when I have to move!
Cons:
The hardwood floors are kind of old and need renovating. Sometimes the heat doesn't turn on when I need it. One neighbor smokes a lot and makes the whole building smell bad. :/
Advice to owner:
Get the floors redone and it'll make the apartments a lot nicer!

Nice Place to Live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean and well kept building, management is always responsive as is the super.
Cons:
Small units, sometimes the heat doesn't kick in early enough on cold days.
