psychotic garbage management
Former Tenant
Pros:
high ceiling. prewar. gross bathroom.
Cons:
Super goes through all your garbage like a psycho and would send email to harass you for every little thing you do wrong. Imagine a 30-smthn guy go through my period trash. That is sexual harrassment and unacceptable. I generally wash things for recycling but do not have time to wash every single item for recycling. The landlord is also weird.
Advice to owner:
HIRE A NEW SUPER.

Great building, fantastic landlord, all Columbia students
Former Tenant
Pros:
great building! so close to campus and has a really great group of neighbors that the landlord cares about vetting. The landlord always responds and cares about making my experience great and fix any concerns that may have.
Cons:
It is an old building and so things break and go wrong. all to take in stride.

Old and expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to Columbia University, responsive management,
Cons:
Quite old, the building needs a major remodel.
Advice to owner:
Change the floors and windows. Stairs need a major remodel as well.
