Pros:
Everyone is very nice and quiet, building is well upkept by the super. Great place to live!

Apartment sometimes had cockroaches

It is a nice building with laundry.
Cons:
Elevator is slow, but its nice to have one. The units are kind of run down and old.
Advice to owner:
Renovate some of the units!
