Pros:
the apartments are all very nice and spacious and clean, and communication between tenants and the super is responsive. there is also a really nice sense of community throughout the building, and there are many dog owners so there r a lot of dogs to say hi to!
Cons:
the heating is inconsistent during the colder months, like some days it will be super cold and some days it will be super hot. also, the laundry is really the only grievance i have… the credit card readers are really sensitive and sometimes i’ll be down there for 10 minutes trying to get my card to work. also they get broken very often
Advice to owner:
i hope to have more consistent and updated communication on the status of the laundry machines. or maybe just changing the card reader or updating them
