Solid building but stairs are killer

Quiet and friendly neighbors, big kitchens, and decent entryway
Cons:
No laundry, the stairs are unusually difficult and no one knows why, overpriced, nearest grocery is garbage Fine Fare

Pros:
Building is always clean and the super is always on top of things and answers phone calls quickly.
Cons:
Neighborhood is getting a little sketchy. It’s tough getting through the office management sometimes. The water pressure could be a little bit better. Wish they had security cameras. My packages have been stolen a few times.
Advice to owner:
Working security cameras would be great for the tenants.
