Nice on first look …
Former Tenant
Pros:
In unit laundry, as well as nearby laundry if desired
Somewhat responsive super and management company
Equidistant to 2 subway stations
Grocery nearby
Cons:
No insulation between floors and walls, we can hear EVERYTHING.
Upstairs neighbors have caused a lot of water damage that has continued since move in (November 2020 to present, currently Sept 2021) with no solution in sight.
Crew of people gather outside the building constantly - sometimes hard to enter or leave the building.
Neighborhood in general is a bit noisy and unpredictable.
Advice to owner:
I would advise insulation in the walls and especially the flooring. The unit is newly renovated and really suffers from lack of insulation.

Overall, building management is responsive via email and through their portal, but it’s a lot of words and minimal action to solve real issues in the building, in particular with my apartment. Seems to be a lot of shrugging shoulders when it comes time to actually fix something.
