Not worth the price and hassle

Pros:
great location, renovated
Cons:
Didn’t have heat or hot water during the winter, had to get the city involved because my apartment temp was 59 degrees in WINTER.

Nice building, disappointing landlord

The building is beautiful and nicely renovated.
Cons:
No access to the backyard and the landlords are greedy and unorganized.
Advice to owner:
Better system for managing payment and not raising the rent every year.
