Great building but expensive utilities

Pros:
Nice apartments. Pet friendly. Friendly residents. Great manager/broker.
Cons:
Some people in neighborhood are racist. Heating and cooling set-up are extremely expensive and not included. They really need to change their condensers for hest pumps.
Advice to owner:
It would be great if you could replace your current hest and AC with heat pumps. Utility bills are way too high.
