Amazing building and incredibly friendly owners

Pros:
The units have a lot of light, the street is a very friendly one and neighbors really know each other. During the height of COVID we would all sing together from our windows on Fridays at 7pm during the clap. The building is extremely clean and well maintained.
Cons:
The heat isn't controlled separately in each unit, so it can get a bit toasty if the first floor increases it. The bathroom and kitchen are a bit old and haven't been renovated. All the amenities work fine.
Advice to owner:
Not at this time.
