Pros:
good hear and hot water.
Cons:
building is infested with roaches, mice and rats. Neighbors are noisy. People that do not live in the building hang in front of the building. Packages are stolen from the building. Take a long time to repair anything
Advice to owner:
repair within 24 hours.
