Good Roof Fun Times
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice. Renovated. Rooftop with a great view.
Cons:
Neighbors blasted scary techno music on Tuesdays, but good place overall. Oven didn't work for the entire year we lived here.

Pretty good building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments have great built in sound system, bathrooms are really nice and updated. Ticketing system for the building with quick response. Laundry in the basement. Nice rooftop. Central air is amazing.
Cons:
Pretty noisy neighbors, tend to be a lot of students. Don’t supply furniture for rooftop. Only one laundry machine is by app, otherwise quarters and no quarter machine.
Advice to owner:
Fix the laundry in the basement and update both machines!
