Just off the Main drag

Pros:
Building is kept quite clean. 4th & 5th floors have trash rooms that get emptied weekly. The roof is accessible (not furnished)
Cons:
It’s a walk up.
The building is a condo so if you are renting you’re renting from the unit owner.

Pros:
Location is amenable to transportation and grocery stores; super is professional, common areas are clean, video doorman very easy to use; neighbors are pleasant, building is quiet.
Cons:
Property management poor on responsiveness; water pressure is very poor in the shower.
