Very Small Apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are small, but it can feel super cozy. Not a lot of apartments per floor so the building doesn’t feel over crowded. If you live on top floor you also get the rooftop deck.
Cons:
No clear delineation that the rooftop deck belonged to the apartments on top floor (these apartments are pricier than others). Apartments are extremely small and should just be large one bedrooms instead of a two bedroom. Appliances are also small. Kitchen is super small. Fixtures cheap.
Advice to owner:
Poor money into the property the way tenants poor money into rent!
